• Appserver - Jboss,Others - Junit, Jasper, Linux OS exposure, Eclipse
• Ability to Code and Unit Test by following product guidelines
• Grasp/internalize existing design, code and product functionality quickly
• Very Good communication skills
• Excellent trouble shooting & problem solving skills
• Technical Design and architecture capabilities needed for senior roles
